In case you receive a damaged product please share a photograph as soon as you receive the delivery & we will replace it for you. Please note due to fragile nature of product damage has to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.
1 Day Refund policy:
Refund on all requests initiated within 24 hrs of delivery.

How?
1) WhatsApp or Mail a photograph of the product to +918882327435 with your order details along with reason for return.
2) Pack in Original Packaging to ensure no damage.
3) We'll sort the rest!
Exchanges:
1) Whatsapp a photograph of your purchased product to +918882327435 with your order details and reason for exchange.
2) Send us the name of the new product you want
3) We'll sort the rest!
Please note requests for exchanges have to be placed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Store Credit:
Product can also be returned for a store credit if the request is initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Please note, for cash refunds, requests have to be initiated within 24 hours
Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
The refund process will get initiated as soon as we receive the product.
*Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
